Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I signed an agreement with my former employer to purchase his business. With the economy the way it is, I have fallen behind on my payments. does he need a court order to enforce taking everything back, or can he just show up with the police and take it all?

An attorney will need to review the terms of the agreement but it is unlikely that your landlord would be able to forcibly evict you without first giving proper notice and/or file an eviction action with the local court.
