Hello !
I have a small business that I run on my own is there any exceptions to expiring gift certificates?
I have always put a year but have always excepted them
but when I talk to other business owners they expire them and I was told that you could not do that ...
if I am a sole proprietor can I expire my gift certificates ?
Is there any exceptions ?

There are no restrictions on expiration of gift certificates.
