Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

Hi, I own a small portrait photography studio in Indiana. I have a client that did a session in August and we had a in person ordering and reveal appointment and I left their house with a order of 11 canvases and a check. The client then texted me and asked to wait on the canvas order so they could decide on if they wanted to change to metal prints. I said sure thats no problem. Then 3 weeks later wanted to only order 4 of the 11 canvases, which I said sure that's no problem. and now she is wanting a full refund and no product. Normally all sales are final, and I'm not sure what I can do?

Sales aren't really final until they are memorialized in writing, with no cancellation wording. Problem is that you let them change their mind once, so you set a precedent. Refund the money and move on. YOU'VE learned a valuable lesson.
