Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

I own a solo corporation in Indiana. If an employee of my company signs a contract for services (phone advertising services) and that employee has never been authorized to do so am I legally obligated to pay for the services?

Generally, a corporation is not bound by contracts signed by an employee who has no authority or color of authority. There are exceptions, depending upon the circumstances. In order to properly resolve this situation, I would recommend that you have your attorney handle the matter for you.
