Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Is there anyway to stop an employer from making me, the employee, step down from my position as a shift lead. I work at a Speedway in Indiana and I haven't done anything wrong but they are forcing me to give up my position.

Unless there is a written contract or policy to the contrary, your employer has the right to transfer you.
