Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
suspension from work
On 3-13-08 I was suspended from work so the company could investigate whether or not a incident i was involed in was neglegent. I was brought back 4 days later and they determined I was unintentionally neglectful. Now as of last wensday I am suspended again so they can determine if the investigation in march was done in a competent manner. Is this legal?

Re: suspension from work
You are an at-will employee unless you have an employment contract. At-will means you could be fired for any reason whatsoever. Unless you have an employment contract that guards against this kind of behavior, it is legal.
