Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Unfair Trade practices by a company branch manager
I have been the vodafone gallary owner since last 1 yr. I have been promised by the branch manager b4 the commencement of the business. Initially he committed me various payouts merely on the plane piece of papers & forced me to start the business stating that the agreement would come in due course.
on his commitment failure I wrote him on E mails making him aware of his own commitments to which he did not respond neither he denied the fact that he has committed earlier. Can I file a suit againt the company as well as a branch manager in the court of law?

It is not clear if the branch manager had the authority or not to do whatever he was supposed to do that you say he did not. I suggest that you talk to an attorney, your issue is a bit more complicated than this forum is really designed to handle.
