Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I will be starting a LLC or a sole proprietorship in the US, but I will be taking help of a consultant from India. I want to share 50% of profits from my company with him for his services. Is this simple as transferring the money to him or is there any process that I have to follow?

There are processes for you to follow, both for legal and tax purposes. You had best seek the advice of an attorney i setting up your LLC and have an accountant review your proposed financial arrangements.
