Dear Mr. Burton, I worry about someone having to much wine and getting into a accident and coming back and pursueing legal action against me for sering it to them and the owern.The wine is also served to some customer who just walk into the store.What would be considered a open house?

If you are that concerned, your best bet is to confirmn that your employer has insurance that would cover the situation and you.
