Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Wine
I work at a clothing store that has customer party once a month.
I serve wine free to the customers that the owner has bought. The owner has no liquor licence or any permit to sell liquor. Can I get in trouble for serving wine to people when the owner has no licence?

Re: Wine
I do not believe that there is a requirement of a license for an open house, so you should be ok.
