Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I work for Enterprise Holdings Inc. We have been signing contracts with red ink so customers can see where to sign their rental agreements. Our risk management office is worried that red ink voids the contract. Does red ink void a rental contract?

As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answer. Usually, little stickies with a pointing arrow are used so customers know where to sign documents. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
