Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
We work in a flea market where I do custom grapic signs and there's a competitor who has been damaging our signs and then takes pictures of them and has said that our signs are crap. He has cost us business and has also posted these pictures on his facebook. Our signs were damaged by him as someone saw him but refuses to testify or say anything to anyone else. Could we sue him?

Absolutely, or, perhaps hire an attorney to send him a cease and desist letter. You may also have a claim against the flea market, itself, depending on the circumstances. although, from a practical standpoint, you may not want to do that.
As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answer. This person is engaged in unfair competition and has apparently damaged your business reputation. Besides a cease and desist letter, consider an injunction. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
