Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I have worked in my position for 5 yrs. when i started, i knew nothing. i have learned, and learned well. i received a minimal salary and am an hourly employee. this past monday, a new gentleman was hired for the same position that i hold. he is salaried and is making more money than i am. he has as much experience as i did when i started. am i wrong to think this is sexual discrimination? am i wrong to want to take this to the eeoc? i am torn. i spend my nights crying and my days appearing happy. i dont know what to do. i love what i do. i want to keep my job. but, i know if i pursue this, my life at work will be hell, but, i also know that i deserve more, i have earned more.
