yesterday i sold my 1987 corvette the car is beauitfull for 5000 dollars tod him what i knew about the car today he calls mr back saying he a few other things wrong with wants his money back do i have yo give it back

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Most used cars are sold "as is."Especially with vehicles that are 24-years old. If this is how your car was sold, with you telling him what you knew, then that's what you need to explain to him. If you said "there's nothing else wrong with the vehicle," that's a different story. Since you have the money, you're in a strong position. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
