we are 8 legal heirs and our father did a registered will of his tehbazari land of mcd gurgaon in favour of 4 legal heirs the case is pending in lower court whether the property be mutated in our favour the department has transfered housetax in our name but 2 legal heirs who have not got the share in will are in possession and doing their business
