Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
my 15 teen year was suspended from school for something he said he did not, their was no evidences, they are going on what another student said,

You will have to take into consideration the children and teacher relationship and so should talk with the school authorities explaining your points.
Taking the matter to court and re-joining is not a better option.
