Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
I am 19 yrs old and have my own child. I am moving out because my mom and i haven't gotten along for years. Now she isn't letting me get my things out of the house. is there anything i can do?

Talk things over with your mom about how you need those things. If she wont budge, you have little choice but to sue her for conversion.
