abandonment
my boyfriend move out 30 days ago he left me with all the bills for me to pay now he wants to come back and takes things that was bought together out of the house like tv,xbox and tools does he have the right to do that

Not unless they belong to him. He also cannot trespass. If the lease or home is not in his name he may have to seek return of the property thru a replevin action.
You ought, however, see an attorney as soon as possible to see if you may legally claim these items as yours and sell them to pay for the bills.
