Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana

Bad relations

I am a stepmother to two boys. Their mom lives in IN. Her and I have been corresponding negatively and positively toward one another for over year now. She says things to annoy me and possible anticipation of a response from me as I do her. Yet, she feels I am harrassing her. Yet, I feel she is harrassing me. I mean this is an immature act on both our parts, will a judge take the time to listen to this garbage her and I are putting each other through? Can our inability to be to one another be considered a conscience act toward one another and be dismissed?

Re: Bad relations

My first thought here is "What about the Children?" I mean I hope that this arguing between you two is not negatively affecting them and that you are both mature enough to keep your disagreements away from them. Otherwise, I would say that when their mother calls, you should simply allow her to speak with the children and refrain from speaking to her yourself if/when things start to turn nasty.
