Re: child support

YOu may not be able to go back 9 years. You DO need to consult an attorney and have him/her work through this with you. At the end of the day, you might be able to have the Friend of the Court (or your local child support enforcement agency) take over, but without someone to walk you through the process, you might not get full relief.

First, you need to make sure that this extra income (which you had better be able to prove conslusively) had to be declared and whether there was a fraud exception which would allow re-opening the child support determination. For example, if your Ex's wife earned the money, then it didn't have to be declared.
