Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
Defamation burden of proof
I have been told that I would be sued for defamation. The person wishing to sue me can't prove 100% that I am responsible for the defamation. I am wondering if the judge would have to have proof that it was me or would reasonable doubt be enough for me to lose the case?

STRONGLY suggest you talk privately with a lawyer about this. Public forum not the place to discuss this. Has some potential risks for you.
Unable to answer your question given the vagueness of your quesion. Too many unknowns.
