Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
our dog bit our neighbor,we paid all his hospital bills.{he had to have 10 stitchs on his foerarm}about aweek ago a lawyer he hired wrote us and said all further matter concerning the dog bite ,should go through him. how should we take that?and what should i be worried about?

Since the matter has gone upto the lawyer and if he has asked you to route all matters through him, it is advisable to do so as he wishes.
By neglecting him he could take the matter to court claiming compensation.
