Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
A former employee of my wife's OB/GYN asked my wife to type her a letter stating what she had seen on how the Dr. had treated the employee prior to the employee quiting. The employee asked for this for a lawsuit. My wife felt obligated since it was for a court hearing to write it and she simply wrote what she had witnessed which wasn't much. The Dr. now says that her office will not see my wife anymore. My wife seen her mid wife not the Dr. My wife is on Medicaid and was accepted by this Dr. prior to this incedent. Can the Dr. legally stop my wife from being a Pt. at her office?
