Grandparents visitation rights
How can I get visition with my grandson? His parents are seperated, soon to be divorced. The mother does not want any members of the father's family to be around the baby.

Many states have a grandparents visitation rights law. Check with a Domestic Relations lawyer in your town. Your local bar association can provide referrals. Initial consultations are usually done at no cost - ask first.
