legal law of boundries
plantiff claim the property without showing the boundries whether his claim of the property in question is legally valid or not. if not give the citation of case law.

It may not be necessary to show the boundaries in plaint to claim one's property. There may be other ways to define and descibe a property without giving boundaries. The law requires that parties should be 'ad idem' in a litigation.

Law does not require mentioning boundaries but description of property to identify it.
