Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
Hello,
I lent my car to my friend for one night, because her car broke down and she needed t get to work.. so i called her the next night and she told me that she was sorry that her boyfriend took the keys out her coat i took the car.. so i called the police and explained what happened and they told me that the only thing they can do is give a police report saying No Trespassing.. so my friend calls me today saying the car is impounded and here the number so i call the police station. i called and the police office said the car is seized, due to illegal cockfight and having 4 roosters in my truck.
please help!!
