Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
protective orders
I missed my court time for a protective order, the judge will not hear my side at all now is there any way I can get her to atleast take under advisement? The reason I missed my court time was that my father was in the hospital and not doing very well I stayed with him 2 nights prior to my court time and thought it was at a later time in the day.
