Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
Is it possible for a secret legal decision to grant powers of government surveillance, and if so, what type of causes would justify it? Mental illness, threat to society, etc. Finally, is there a time limit on these type of actions and is there an obligation at some point for the government to notify the person.
