Slander

Can you please give us guidance on our legal rights on slander & libel defamation (I believe that is what it is called ... verbal & written) when minors are involved? We have tried all other routes and it is only getting worse. Thank you.

If what is being said about the minor is untrue and causing damage to him/her, then you have the right to file a civl suit to recover damages against the entity making the defamatory statements.
