i have been staying as roommate without being on lease agreement.i was not aware that my roommate got evicted.now apartment owner is holding my belongings and asking money of storage cost.how can i get my belongings back without charge?

You may not be able to, as you were not authorized to be there in the first place. However, it depends on the basis for the storage charges. You can pursue your case in small claims court if you wish.
