my sister filed 498/494/1125/127earliar in 2000 agenst her hasband c.g. ofter that her hasbend filed a complaint case under section 294/341/506/34 in m.p. can i trasfer this case to the c.g. though trans.pet. in s.c.

It appears you have posted this query in wrong section. This appears to be a case relating to indian law.
Assuming that its indian law, i would reply that, to transfer petition from state court to another state court, you can file petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
