Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
I traded my uncle vehicles on June 20, 2010. He had sold me a 94 Mercury Cougar XR7 he had told me that nothing was wrong with the car. My husband got pulled over and the car got towed because the officers said it was a road hazzard. When the officers ran the VIN number it came back as totaled. They also told my husband if our children wherre in the car that he could have gone to jail for child endangerment. What can we do?
