Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
We were given a travel trailer by Executor of the state. Now her brother has obtained a lawyer and demanding the trailer be given back. We are in agreement to give it back, but as we have no means to bring it back (we had borrowed a truck to bring it here) we said he would have to make arrangements with me to come and get it. Two weeks later I still have not heard from him and the trailer remains on my property. My question is: legally if he continues to not come get it can I charge him storage fee?
