Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
I witnessed an event where a person went before a judge, in a non court setting. Judge asked several questions concerning crimes they was accused of. As court officals sat in court and later charged them for crimes. Later appeared before same juge for sentenceing, is this legal?
