Legal Question in Technology Law in Indiana

Can this company sue people for this?

This company on the internet supplies people with free cgi scripts including a password protection area that has a file manager where you can upload files and webpages. They offer this for free. The company says that the user can use up to 7 different accounts. Recently they stopped this service and made it where no one could upload anything anymore or get to their files. They put up a note stating that because of the abuse of that script they were going to have to re-do it. They never stated what files you could upload and what files you couldn't upload. Well of course I was upset cause I lost all my files for my website so I posted in my journal how mad I was and well I was really ticked. But this is my jouranl that I pay for. Well someone from that company went to my journal and posted saying that they will be contacting me over what I said and for my stealing to much space on their hard drive.

And how can I steal it when it's free. That's just not possible. And ya ok so I said what I wanted in my own journal I didn't send it to them in an email. Well this other guy posted after him and said that they were suing all the people who used that area. What I wanna know is can they sue for that?

Of course they can sue. Anyone can sue. Can they win? That depends on lots of facts not in your post. If they sue you will have to go see an attorney. It is not something you are going to get reliable answers to here on lawguru. It is simply too fact dependent.
