Legal Question in Technology Law in Indiana

Forums and giving gameplay help to those with warez

I am a moderator on a forum, and it is mostly about instant messaging, but somone who owns a pirated copy of a game posted on the site, asking for help with the gameplay, asking if they were playing the game right, because what they thought they were supposed to be doing wasn't working. They mentioned that it was a pirated copy because they thought it might have been becuase of that. Would having this on the site, and or others replying in order to help this person through the game open the site up for a law suit. I was thinking it wouldn't but another moderator insists it would, under any states law would it be bad to allow that post to continue on?

If you have concerns about it, know that there are thousands of sites that cater to the pirate community. Direct the person there and don't worry about it. The loss of one person on your list isn't worth worrying about.
