Internet Harrassment

Hi. My question is about Internet Harrassment. There is this guy who has been harrassing me and other people on the internet. He claims there is nothing we can do about it. Me, being only 16 I don't know the laws to there fullest. Is there any law, or anyway, that I can sue or press charges on this guy? I have had to deal with him for 3 years now. I have reapetedly told him and asked him to go away and stop, but he never quits. Please help me. Thank you for your time.

My suggestion is to find out his ISP and write to them ([email protected])and complain about his actions. Most ISPs are fairly responsive. You may also consider calling your local district attorney if this is threatening or sexual type harassment.
