Scenario
Plaintiff sues defendant for Federal Trademark infridgement.
Defendant counterclaims Trademark is fraudulent.Judge in Federal district court decides to cancel trademark for fraud. What can happen to the Plaintiffs fradulent Trademarked products that are on store shelves. Does having the trademark canceled mean products come off the shelves within so much time or what can a judge order.Can the defendant ask the court to order product off shelves
