Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Indiana
Church Constitution
Our church has a constitution giving our ''Founder'' lifetime voting rights and veto power. He announced his giving up of those rights publically on tape. Does his verbal announcement of relinquishing all rights provided for in the Constitution supercede the written contract stating the rights.

Re: Church Constitution
I'm amazed that such a thing would be in a constitution. Best thing to do is bring the matter before the church and vote to amend the constitution.
