Freedom of Speech -- involving a picture, and an acronym

I took a photograph of my former boss, wrote the acronym ''M.I.L.F.'' on it, and posted it on my MySpace, and sent it to other employees. And now my boss is talking about taking this to court or pressing charges. What type of case does she have? Does she have any? Did I break any laws?

Re: Freedom of Speech -- involving a picture, and an acronym

First of this, this has nothing to do with constitutional law or freedom of speech. Second, it does have everything to do with the boss's privacy. You used her likeness without permission. She has several possible suits for damages. I suppose she might also have some federal law issues.
