Is law enforcement able to enter your home unlawfully without a search warrant in Indiana?

Your question assumes that entering a home without a search warrant must be unlawful. That's not correct. There are many circumstances in which police may enter without a warrant. The one that comes up most often is when resident gives them permission. A second is when it reasonably appears that someone inside urgently needs their help. There are others. That's the best answer I can give you without knowing what happened.
