Legal Question in Construction Law in Indiana
I am a contractor that is being threatened of a law suit based on improper installation of fiber cement siding on some condos. I subbed out the labor to an amish crew. I feel we had done everything I said we would do, but the company I sub from is saying they were not happy and wanted someone else to finish the job. so we walked away still being owed $12,000.00 in labor. what are my options.
Please help

A lawyer would need to review your written contract to give you a good answer to your problem. You should speak with a lawyer who handles construction contracts and who can review your contracts and advise you what you should do next. You may also be able to counterclaim for your $12,000.00 in unpaid costs.
