Legal Question in Construction Law in Indiana
New home construction
We signed a contract with a construction company to build a house on one of their lots. I signed the contract and the construction company's sale person signed the contract under Witness section. However, the authorized Seller's column is not signed yet. The construction company is now changing the price on what they agreed to when I signed the contract.
The contract document says, the terms and conditions are applicable upon signing by the buyer( me) and the authorized seller ( not signed yet). Since the witness ( who is an employee of the construction company) signed the contract, can I do anything to make them agree to what they initially said in terms of the price?
Thanks

Re: New home construction
Your instincts on this are good. It MAY be possible to hold the construction company to its original bargain. However, to know for sure, I would need to see the documents at issue and ask a few more questions. If you would like my assistance, please feel free to contact me at [email protected]. (I am sorry for the delay in responding, but my family was on spring break!)
