Legal Question in Construction Law in Indiana
Paid when paid contracts
I work for a Construction Company in Indiana, and we are constantly being asked to sign ''paid when paid'' contracts. I have been told that they are not legal in Indiana, and wanted to know if that is indeed the case?

Re: Paid when paid contracts
Such clauses are legal in Indiana, but they may not prevent a mechanic's lien from being filed. Please contact me at [email protected] if you need further assistance.
