deceased mother transfered the free land to one of his four sons as the property was acquired by taking loan from tranferee through will who is unmarried. the son is parking insane aged 78 years. now one of his nephew wants the free LAND for construction of aprtments. he has taken GPA CUM DEVELOPEMTN AGREEMENT in that the uncle will allotted 9 flats and the nephew builder will have 14 flats. one of the brothers of the uncle wants total share of the nine flats of the parking insane uncle is and he raises dispute because some advocate advised the nephew to take signature of all the other brothers and sisters who are taking care about the insane brother. is it mandatory for the nephew to take all the signatures of the other uncles. if starts any work will he be landing into problems. the dispute is only concerned with the share given to the parking insane uncle pleas advise
