summary judgement
How do I go about collecting on a Summary Judgement?

Re: summary judgement
If you have a judgment entered in your favor in an Indiana court, the next step is what lawyers call "proceedings supplemental." It involves bringing the judgment debtor into court for the purpose of seeing what assets he or she may have that can satisfy the judgment. If you would like assistance with this, please advise.
