Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
Do you have 30 days to cancel an online business contract in Indiana? I signed a contract on June 1 and I did not receive that class until 06/10. That is when I learned that the sales rep did not disclose important facts about the product. I sent a cancellation letter on 06/11. Can I get out of the contract due to misrepresntation?

The time period is not as important as the misrepresentations. If there was fraud in the inducement, you should be able to get out of the contract.
