Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
I am a 65 year old female. My car was stolen two days after the payment was due, which had not been paid yet. It was found that night destroyed. It was reported to the insurance company the next morning. I had full coverage. The insurance says to still make the payment and pay the deductible also. Must I still make the payment?
