Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
Artistic Ownership
I have a question concerning commercial law. I would like to construct a contract for general usage in a graphics business. The owner would like to retain ownership of original design pieces under the work for hire domain, and at the same time have a waiver of liability clause incorporated into it, when it concerns work such as image placing on a shirt, or placing a design on a lap-top cover. These are things which are subject to human error, so the owner would like to convey that understanding in a work-for-hire contract. Is there a site or do you offer information on constructing the same?
Thank You!

Re: Artistic Ownership
This is legal work that business attorneys do for their clients. It's like asking "Is there a site that you can get information on doing a corporate logo?"
