Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
boyfriend's mom had us post a fridge she had for sale on a facebook "garage sale" group. A lady bought it. It was working before she picked it up. over a week later she messages me wanting a refund claiming that it doesn't work. I know my boyfriend's mom won't refund the $$. can she go to small claims court over this? She is threatening to.
